Friday Pics
Today has been an eventful day filled with training, writing letters back home, a team dinner together, worship and the challenge to keep our focus on the mission. Although we'll never know the impact we've had on the people of Chicago this week has certainly proved the impact that Christ has on our lives and now students are excited to go back and impact their friends, their family and their communities.
We still need your prayers though. Tomorrow we begin to debrief how we can take these experiences home and really put what we've learned here into practice back home.
Pray that...
* Students will have focus on what they need to do within the first 24-48 hours they get home
* Students will have clear Next Steps for the first few weeks they are home and this school year
* Students hearts will continue to break for their lost friends and family
* Students would dream big as to how God would want to use them
* Students would move forward boldly and courageously with following up with those they wrote letters to

Letter Writing
Our students are now in process of writing there letters home. Be in prayer both for them as they write and also those they are writing to. Pray for God's hand and heart as they write and that His love would shine through.
Notes of Prayer and Encouragement
Don't forget to post your notes of prayer and encouragement for the team before 3:00 pm TODAY!!

Thursday - Lots of Awesome Things
The last two nights with students have been amazing. In the midst of the ministry and training God has really been working in the hearts of our students. We've seen several students remove things that have been chaining them down. Things that have robbed them of their joy and freedom. Things that have caused them not to trust in others or not to trust in God.
Tonight hearts have been set free and brokenness and full reliance upon God has happened in their lives. It's truly a sign that God is preparing them for greater things when they return home. God is breaking them down until there is nothing left of them, only Him.
On another note, today was also an amazing day of ministry. Many students had some pretty intense spiritual conversations with people at Millenium Park. One highlight is that two students were able to lead a person to Christ and even gave their own Bible to this new believer.
